AISB / Contributor roles
Senior Associate
Senior Associates take responsibility for substantial parts of an AISB programme, contributing to the design and delivery of its content and in-person weeks.
Scope of the role
The role recognises contributions such as leading one or more days of content, speaking during in-person weeks, or taking on comparable responsibility for programme delivery.
Contributions can include
Content strategy and planning
Setting the learning objectives and approach for one or more programme days, and bringing together the sessions, exercises, and speakers needed to deliver them.
Content delivery
Taking responsibility for the execution of those days, coordinating contributors and helping participants put the material into practice.
Speaking and teaching
Sharing specialist expertise through talks, workshops, or practical sessions during AISB’s in-person weeks.
